| Q: What do I need to bring? | A: Just the kids and the cake. We will take care of everything else. |
| Q: Is a deposit required? | A: Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. We also require a signed party contract. |
| Q: Do I get a host for my party? | A: Yes, your party host will take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy the party. |
| Q: What if we need to reschedule? | A: We know things come up, with 24 hours notice we can reschedule your party. We do not allow cancelations or refunds. |
| Q: What is the party schedule? | A: We want all of the party guest to arrive at the start time of your party. At 15 minutes into the party, pizza and drinks will be served. After pizza, we will celebrate the birthday and cut the cake. After cake, all the kids will get their game cards to go play. |
| Q: What if I want a bigger party than the regular packages? | A: We love big parties. Let us know your requirements and our party coordinators can set up a great event for you. For parties over 24 kids we require use of an additional attached room with a $50 fee. |
| Q: Is there a discount for Play Center Members? | A: Yes, all Kango Play Center member families get 10% off any birthday parties. |
| Q: Do I need to provide a guest list? | A: Yes, we require a list of all the kids coming to the party. That way we can make sure we can get all of your guests to the right party. |
| Q: Do you have invitations? | A: Yes, we have postcard invitations that can be filled out and mailed. |
Parents must provide guest list for party friends at least 48 hours in advance of the party.
Pizza and Drinks will be waiting on each table approximately 15-20 min. after the scheduled start time.
